Amazon & HQ Team Coordination

Act as the main daily contact for Amazon and our HQ team, coordinating execution of agreed plans
Prepare and join regular meetings, document outcomes and follow up on agreed actions
Maintain templates, trackers and working processes to support smooth day-to-day collaboration

Product, Pricing & Promotions

Own the day-to-day operations of locally managed SKUs
Maintain product, pricing and content information in collaboration with the Brand & Content team
Research market and competitor trends to support pricing and promotion decisions
Support the planning and tracking of promotional activities

Forecasting, Inventory & Supply

Finance & Reporting

Projects & Business Reviews

Support cross-functional projects with Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance
Prepare materials and track actions for Amazon business reviews
Monitor day-to-day risks and escalat(e?) early where needed
Support other customer channels on projects that go beyond Amazon, as needed
Support similar tasks based on business needs

Completed studies or vocational training in Business, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field
1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, account management, retail or a related analytical role; Amazon Vendor/Seller experience is a plus
Strong affinity for numbers and comfort working with KPI reports, forecasts and basic financial data
Confident with Excel; experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar platforms is an advantage
Structured, reliable and proactive working style with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple ongoing topics in parallel and follow through to completion
Strong communication and coordination skills, comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent English required; German is an advantage given close collaboration with the local team; Chinese language skills are a plus
