Overview

We’re building a new kind of mortgage experience: transparent, digital, and truly customer-centric. We are a Berlin-based B2C Fintech founded by two repeat founders (YC alum, exit) with prior 10+ year careers in investment banking and strategy consulting.

We recently raised investment to assemble a 15-person, exceptionally strong core team. Our culture is built on ownership and clarity. We align with you on vision, set clear KPIs and resources together, and then trust in your drive and expertise.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to take full responsibility for Go-to-Market (GTM) and Brand, from strategy to execution.

You will shape how the world experiences our product, define and refine our positioning, build our acquisition and conversion systems, and assemble a small, high-performing team (internal and freelance) that executes with excellence. This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, wants full accountability, and is excited about building not just a growth engine, but a brand and category from the ground up. We offer high autonomy, low politics and fast decision-making. Our office is located in Kreuzberg and you can work from home/remotely with flexibility.

What You’ll Do

Own the complete GTM strategy (performance, branding, content, and communications).
Define and evolve our positioning and messaging based on insights and data.
Lead early growth experiments and analytics. From building the funnel and tracking to validating traction.
Design and execute rapid experiments across paid, content, and referral channels to identify scalable levers.
Set up and manage the analytics and performance infrastructure (tracking CAC, LTV, and conversion).
Collaborate closely with the founders and the product team to create growth loops between acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Shape the company’s public narrative through PR, content, and brand initiatives.
Build and lead a small, multidisciplinary GTM team (In-house + Freelance).

What You Bring

Background in Growth, Marketing, or Brand Management in the B2C sector, ideally with high-touch or trust-based products.
Entrepreneurial mindset—hands-on, resourceful, and motivated to build things from scratch.
Proven track record in building and scaling GTM systems from scratch to traction.
Deep channel expertise across Paid, SEO, GEO, Content, Partnerships, and Referrals.
A combination of strategic thinking, creative intuition, and analytical precision.
Previous experience or a willingness to work with Generative Engine Optimisation.
Fluent in English and German.

What Success Looks Like

A clear, consistent, and differentiated brand that builds trust and recognition with customers.
A repeatable growth engine that delivers measurable and efficient acquisition.
A focused, high-performance GTM team that moves fast and learns even faster.
The company’s growth and brand strategy will be inextricably linked to your role.
