nemox is building the AI layer that turns fragmented logistics workflows into autonomous execution: autonomously organizing shipments, supercharging them with AI and setting the foundation for an AI-agent economy.

With strong traction and growing selection of customers, we’re expanding our team. We are backed by EWOR, a highly selective venture fellowship backing the top 0.1% of outlier tech founders and by some of Europe’s leading angel investors, including industry C-level veterans.

Our team comes from TUM, Cambridge, NOVA, Fraunhofer, and works together at our office at Königsplatz in Munich.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Founding Engineer to build core parts of our product with us.

As a DNA hire, you are defined more by mindset than by title. You bring founder-level drive, adaptability and ownership, and you are excited to build in a fast-paced environment. Your eyes should light up when you read this sentence.

You will own key parts of the product full-stack, building reliable technology that users love and that makes them radically more efficient.

What you'll do

01 Own the core
Personally design, build and maintain the most critical parts of our product, transforming complex technical challenges into elegant, clean architecture.
02 Optimize the AI engine
Rigorously evaluate, benchmark and fine-tune our AI capabilities, so our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy with exactly the right context.
03 Drive frontier experimentation
Stay on top of the latest model releases, frameworks and agentic techniques, test promising approaches in production and ship them the same day.

You're a good fit if

You thrive in complexity

You navigate large-scale, messy legacy code with clarity and precision, bringing structure, scalability and robustness to chaos.

You think in systems

You automate relentlessly and think long term.

You master the stack

You move fluidly across backend and cloud environments, using modern languages such as Python and Go to ship clean, reliable code.

You are intellectually humble

You hold strong opinions that change fast when data or experiments prove a better path.

You have exceptional self-discipline

You are results-oriented and drive high output with autonomy and a proactive mindset.
