About the Role:

Noris Medical, a global leader in dental implant solutions, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service, Sales & Operations Representative to support the Spanish market. Based in our Frankfurt office, you will manage customer communications, assist sales processes, and handle daily operational and logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional support to Spanish-speaking customers
Process orders, invoices, and coordinate shipments
Support sales managers and help drive marketing & sales activities
Manage leads, maintain relationships with existing customers
Keep CRM systems and internal reports up to date

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or operations – required
Fluent/native Spanish – required
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Highly organized, independent, and proactive
Must be located in Frankfurt or nearby

Advantages:

Experience in the dental or medical device field
Familiarity with the Spanish dental market

Location: Frankfurt area, Germany

Employment: Full-time

Languages Required: Fluent Spanish, English and German
