The role

As a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) for C&I and DSO customers, you take full ownership of Pixii's most strategic commercial relationships in the DACH region. You understand the energy market inside out, you know what drives customer decisions, and you bring the commercial drive to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. You work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering — coordinating across our teams in Germany, Norway, and Slovakia to make every deal a success.

You will

Own your accounts — be the primary commercial contact for C&I and DSO customers, building trust and long-term value
Drive growth — develop and execute the segment strategy for C&I and DSO in the DACH region, and support expansion across Europe
Win deals — lead commercial opportunities from early engagement through negotiation to contract close
Understand the customer — identify challenges related to grid constraints, space, and energy economics, and position Pixii's solutions effectively
Collaborate across functions — coordinate with regional sales, R&D, and engineering teams to develop the right solution for each customer
Feed back to the business — translate market needs and customer insights into concrete input for product and strategy

Who we are looking for

You combine commercial drive with solid technical understanding and thrive at the interface of customers, product, and engineering. You are comfortable with complexity — multiple stakeholders, long sales cycles, evolving technology — and you bring the structure and the focus to move things forward.

You bring:

Experience in renewable energy, energy storage, or adjacent sectors — you know the landscape
A proven track record in key account management or business development , ideally in a B2B technical environment
Strong understanding of the C&I and DSO BESS market — the customers, the drivers, and the competitive dynamics
A technical background (degree or equivalent experience) that lets you engage credibly with engineering teams and customers alike

You are also:

Structured and proactive — you manage your pipeline with discipline and follow through
Confident in front of customers — comfortable presenting to both technical and executive audiences
A strong communicator — clear, concise, and able to adapt your message to the room
Collaborative — you work well with colleagues across functions, cultures, and time zones
Willing to travel — you're comfortable being on the road across DACH and occasionally Europe

Die Rolle

Als Key Account Manager (w/m/d) für C&I- und DSO-Kunden übernimmst du die vollständige Verantwortung für Pixiis strategisch wichtigste Kundenbeziehungen in der DACH-Region. Du kennst den Energiemarkt, weißt was Kundenentscheidungen treibt – und du bringst den kommerziellen Antrieb, um Chancen in langfristige Partnerschaften zu verwandeln. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Vertrieb, Produkt und Engineering und koordinierst dich mit unseren Teams in Deutschland, Norwegen und der Slowakei, um jeden Deal erfolgreich abzuschließen.

Deine Aufgaben

Accounts verantworten – primärer kommerzieller Ansprechpartner für C&I- und DSO-Kunden sein, Vertrauen und langfristigen Mehrwert aufbauen
Wachstum vorantreiben – Segmentstrategie für C&I und DSO in der DACH-Region entwickeln und umsetzen sowie die europaweite Expansion unterstützen
Deals gewinnen – kommerzielle Chancen von der Erstansprache über Verhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss führen
Kunden verstehen – Herausforderungen rund um Netzbeschränkungen, Platzbedarf und Energiewirtschaft identifizieren und Pixii-Lösungen gezielt positionieren
Funktionsübergreifend zusammenarbeiten – Vertrieb, F&E und Engineering koordinieren, um für jeden Kunden die passende Lösung zu entwickeln
Den Markt in den Betrieb zurückspielen – Kundenbedürfnisse und Markterkenntnisse in konkrete Impulse für Produkt und Strategie übersetzen
