YOUR MISSION

Du bist für die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Visual Manager und der Marketingabteilung verantwortlich, um den Store in Herzogenaurach als Center of Excellence zu etablieren
Du setzt die visuellen Kommunikationsprozesse und -Richtlinien unter Berücksichtigung der Visual Merchandising und saisonalen Richtlinien um.
Du unterstützt Merchandising-Initiativen sowie kreierst damit ein konsistentes PUMA Retail Markenumfeld
Du bist für die Schaufensterausführungen/Konzepte verantwortlich und unterstützt und vermittelst die aktuellen Markeninitiativen und Produktgeschichten
Du entwickelst Store-Trainings, um ein einheitliches Bewusstsein für Produkte und grundlegende VM-Standards im Team zu gewährleisten
Du stellst eine effektive Kommunikation mit VM und Marketing sicher, damit Projekte und Initiativen zeitlich gesteuert und Ergebnisse erzielt werden
Du übernimmst die Verwaltung und Kommunikation der Warenverfügbarkeit an das Team im Store und an das Merchandising- und Allocation Team
Du analysierst Kundenprofile, Kauftrends und Wettbewerbsinformationen, um das Business zu steuern und voranzutreiben
Du managest effektiv alle Aspekte der Customization Area im Store, um den Kunden ein herausragendes Erlebnis zu bieten

YOUR TALENT

Drei- bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Visual Merchandising
Ausgeprägte Erfahrung in einem kundenorientierten Einzelhandelsumfeld (Bekleidung/Schuhe)
Multidisziplinäres Verständnis, einschließlich Designgrundlagen für visuelle Präsentationen, Präsentationsdesign, visuelles Merchandising und die Fähigkeit, Flächensets mit Liebe zum Detail auszuführen
Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und in Englisch
Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, gutes Zeitmanagement
Gute PC-Kenntnisse, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet
