Motorsport Competence Group is looking for a structured, reliable and communicative Parts Manager / Material Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) to join us at our headquarters in St. Ingbert.

In this role, you support our team in day-to-day operations and ensure that spare parts, vehicle components, consumables and assemblies are available at the right time and in the right place. You coordinate parts flows between warehouse, workshop, purchasing, logistics as well as the test and race team, while keeping stock levels, delivery dates, returned parts and open requirements in focus.

In short: You make sure our team is supplied with the right parts at all times — reliably, in a structured way and on schedule.

Your Mission

You take responsibility for the operational coordination of our parts and material supply: availability, planning, ordering, documentation, stock levels, parts flow and interfaces.

Motorsport experience is not a must. What matters most is strong organisation, accuracy, system understanding and experience in working with spare parts, materials, stock levels or logistics processes.

Your Responsibilities

1) Parts Availability & Material Supply

Ensure the timely provision of spare parts, components, assemblies and consumables
Coordinate material and parts requirements for the workshop, tests, events and ongoing projects
Monitor stock levels, availability, delivery dates and open requirements
Identify bottlenecks early and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, workshop and other interfaces
Prioritise urgent requirements in day-to-day operations

2) Parts Coordination & Interface Management

Work closely with workshop, purchasing, logistics, warehouse and project stakeholders
Act as the central point of contact for parts availability, parts movements and status information
Organise the distribution of new, used and returned parts
Track parts between warehouse, workshop, external partners and events
Ensure clear, structured and traceable communication

3) Warehouse, Stock & Systems

Use and maintain ERP, merchandise management or warehouse management systems
Document parts movements, stock levels, status changes and relevant project data
Support stock checks, quantity planning and warehouse organisation
Help maintain appropriate stock levels
Prepare requirements, priorities and open points in a structured way

4) Event & Project Support

Support the preparation and follow-up of tests and events
Coordinate parts and material flow for national and international operations
Track returned parts, serviced parts, open requirements and event-related follow-up tasks
Ensure that relevant information from operations is fed back into further planning
Support the team in a dynamic environment where reliability and speed are essential

5) Structure & Continuous Improvement

Work with a high level of accuracy, reliability and a clear sense of priorities
Carefully check, allocate and document parts and materials
Identify improvement potential in warehouse structure, parts flow, documentation and interface processes
Work in a solution-oriented way in daily operations
Actively contribute ideas to make processes simpler, faster and more transparent

Your Profile

Completed training or education in a commercial, logistics, automotive or technical field, e.g. warehouse logistics, wholesale and foreign trade, automotive sales/service, retail with parts or automotive focus, or a comparable qualification
Experience in parts management, parts service, spare parts management, warehouse operations, material management, logistics, after sales or a comparable function
Confident use of ERP, merchandise management or warehouse management systems
Good understanding of stock levels, parts flows, delivery dates and clean documentation
Structured, careful and highly reliable working style
Strong ability to prioritise and remain calm under time pressure
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with different interfaces
Independent, responsible and solution-oriented way of working
Experience from a car dealership, automotive environment, spare parts trade, commercial vehicle sector, industry or technical logistics is beneficial
Motorsport experience is welcome, but not required
Willingness to travel and flexibility in working hours, including weekends during tests and events
Driving license
Good English skills required, German skills advantageous

Die Motorsport Competence Group sucht einen strukturierten, zuverlässigen und kommunikationsstarken Teilemanager / Materiallogistiker (m/w/d) für unser Headquarter in St. Ingbert.

In dieser Rolle unterstützt du unser Team im täglichen operativen Ablauf und stellst sicher, dass Ersatzteile, Fahrzeugkomponenten, Verbrauchsmaterialien und Baugruppen zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind. Du koordinierst Teileflüsse zwischen Lager, Workshop, Einkauf, Logistik sowie Test- und Rennteam und behältst dabei Bestände, Liefertermine, Rückläufer und offene Bedarfe im Blick.

Kurz: Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Team jederzeit mit den richtigen Teilen versorgt ist — zuverlässig, strukturiert und termingerecht.

Deine Mission

Du übernimmst die operative Koordination unserer Teile- und Materialversorgung: Verfügbarkeit, Planung, Bestellung, Dokumentation, Lagerbestand, Teilefluss und Schnittstellen.

Motorsporterfahrung ist dafür kein Muss. Entscheidend sind Organisationstalent, Genauigkeit, Systemverständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ersatzteilen, Material, Lagerbeständen oder logistischen Abläufen.

Deine Aufgaben

1) Teileverfügbarkeit & Materialversorgung

Sicherstellen der rechtzeitigen Bereitstellung von Ersatzteilen, Komponenten, Baugruppen und Verbrauchsmaterialien
Koordination von Material- und Teilebedarfen für Workshop, Tests, Veranstaltungen und laufende Projekte
Überwachung von Beständen, Verfügbarkeiten, Lieferterminen und offenen Bedarfen
Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen und Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Lager, Workshop und weiteren Schnittstellen
Priorisierung dringender Anforderungen im Tagesgeschäft

2) Teilekoordination & Schnittstellenmanagement

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Workshop, Einkauf, Logistik, Lager und Projektverantwortlichen
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Teileverfügbarkeit, Teilebewegungen und Statusinformationen
Organisation der Verteilung neuer, genutzter und zurückkommender Teile
Nachverfolgung von Teilen zwischen Lager, Werkstatt, externen Partnern und Veranstaltungen
Sicherstellen einer klaren, strukturierten und nachvollziehbaren Kommunikation

3) Lager, Bestand & Systeme

Pflege und Nutzung von ERP-, Warenwirtschafts- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen
Dokumentation von Teilebewegungen, Lagerbeständen, Statusänderungen und relevanten Projektdaten
Unterstützung bei Bestandskontrollen, Mengenplanung und Lagerorganisation
Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung angemessener Lagerbestände
Strukturierte Aufbereitung von Bedarfen, Prioritäten und offenen Punkten

4) Event- & Projektunterstützung

Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Tests und Veranstaltungen
Koordination des Teile- und Materialflusses im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Einsätze
Nachverfolgung von Rückläufern, gewarteten Teilen, offenen Bedarfen und eventbezogenen Folgeaufgaben
Sicherstellen, dass relevante Informationen aus Einsätzen in die weitere Planung einfließen
Unterstützung des Teams in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem Zuverlässigkeit und Tempo entscheidend sind

5) Struktur & kontinuierliche Verbesserung

Arbeiten mit hoher Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und einem klaren Blick für Prioritäten
Sorgfältige Prüfung, Zuordnung und Dokumentation von Teilen und Materialien
Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen in Lagerstruktur, Teilefluss, Dokumentation und Schnittstellenprozessen
Lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft
Aktives Mitdenken, damit Abläufe einfacher, schneller und transparenter werden

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, logistischen, automobilen oder technischen Bereich, z. B. als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Kaufmann‑/‑frau für Groß‑ und Außenhandelsmanagement, Automobilkaufmann‑/‑frau, Kaufmann‑/‑frau im Einzelhandel mit Teile‑/Automotive‑Bezug oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung im Teilewesen, Teiledienst, Ersatzteilmanagement, Lager, Materialwirtschaft, Logistik, After Sales oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-, Warenwirtschafts- oder Lagerverwaltungssystemen
Gutes Verständnis für Bestände, Teileflüsse, Liefertermine und saubere Dokumentation
Strukturierte, sorgfältige und sehr zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Gutes Priorisierungsvermögen und Ruhe auch unter Zeitdruck
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Erfahrung aus Autohaus, Automotive, Ersatzteilhandel, Nutzfahrzeugbereich, Industrie oder technischer Logistik von Vorteil
Motorsport‑Erfahrung ist willkommen, aber nicht erforderlich
Reisebereitschaft sowie Flexibilität bei Arbeitszeiten, inklusive Wochenenden bei Tests und Events
Führerschein
Gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
