We are a senior, highly selective team focused on Generative Engine Optimization — partnering with companies to position them as authoritative sources in the systems that increasingly shape global knowledge.

Open positions are listed below.

Role

The mission
You lead the technical engine room behind large-scale AEO outcomes. Rather than guessing why a model cites a source, you investigate retrieval behavior and optimize knowledge structures so authoritative client data is consistently preferred.

Key responsibilities

Design and optimize multimodal data schemas for robust ingestion by agentic AI systems.
Build proprietary AEO stress tests to measure model-temperature effects on brand attribution and mention consistency.
Guide technical delivery standards for reliability, security, and GDPR compliance across enterprise deployments.
Mentor engineers and set best practices for evaluation pipelines, observability, and model-facing data quality.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or a related discipline.
Expert-level Python and hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
Deep practical knowledge of transformer-based architectures and retrieval optimization.

Compensation
EUR 130,000 - EUR 175,000 + performance bonus.

Work with a senior team.
High ownership and fast feedback.
