What is particularly important to us

We are not looking for a pure payroll or reporting specialist.

We are looking for a personality who combines technical expertise with analytical thinking and implementation skills.

You want to understand why something happens, go deep into a topic if necessary and work on a question until it results in a feasible solution.

You like working with numbers, but you also like working with people and are open to new projects, changes and new paths.

Working model

The position is hybrid-oriented. Mobile working is possible, but at the same time regular personal exchange is important to us.

Depending on where you live and the project, collaboration can take place at different locations within our network of locations.

A pool vehicle can be used for necessary business trips.

Your development perspective

With us, you will not only have the opportunity to accompany existing processes, but also to actively shape workforce and compensation issues.

You can take on your own topics and improvement projects, develop new solutions and develop yourself in the direction of greater professional, project or topic responsibility.
