We're partnering with a global digital product engineering and transformation company — backed by a leading international investment firm — to find a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive new business across the DACH and Benelux region.

About the Role

This is a full sales-cycle, services-selling role for someone who thrives on bringing in new logos, growing key accounts, and working closely with technical and delivery teams to shape solutions that win. Telco sector experience is a strong plus, but we're open to candidates from adjacent enterprise/IT services backgrounds who sell complex, consultative services rather than transactional products.

Responsibilities

Own and execute a regional sales strategy, targeting key accounts across telecom, technology, and enterprise verticals
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
Partner with solution/pre-sales teams to shape tailored proposals and represent technical value credibly in front of client stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, including presentations, negotiation, and proposal development
Build long-term relationships with client decision-makers to drive retention and account growth

Qualifications

10-15 years in B2B services sales, ideally selling technology, digital transformation, or telecom-related services
Comfortable operating at the intersection of sales and technical solutioning — able to speak credibly to IT/technical stakeholders, not just commercial buyers
Track record of new logo acquisition and portfolio growth in a service-selling (not product-selling) environment
Fluent English; German and/or Dutch a strong advantage
Based in Germany or the Netherlands, willing to travel regionally

Preferred Skills
