The Segment Strategy is the business owner of the segment solution portfolio, working alongside Application and Technology Architects, who provide the technical and architectural leadership, and alongside the Solution Marketing teams, who provide the customer and market requirements. Together they form the core team responsible for identifying opportunities, defining solutions, securing investments, and delivering successful market launches.

This positioning clearly creates a "triad model":

Solution Marketing → Market opportunity, business case, prioritization, commercialization.

Technology Architects → Technology roadmap, platform strategy, innovation direction.
