Resina Partners is partnering with a European polymer distributor in the search for a Sales Manager to develop polypropylene (PP) sales into the German injection moulding market .

The company

A well-established, family-owned distributor of polyolefins with decades of activity and one of the broadest footprints in the European market.

The company holds official distribution partnerships with several major polyolefin producers and serves customers across the region through a mix of long-standing relationships and dedicated local commercial teams.

In Germany the business already runs an established sales structure and is now investing to strengthen its position in PP for injection moulding, a segment with clear room to grow.

The role

You will join the existing German commercial team with a clear mandate: develop PP sales into injection moulding applications .

The focus is firmly on new business development: identifying and winning converters, growing volumes, and building a portfolio in a segment the company is expanding.

You will have strong producer partnerships and a broad polyolefin range behind you.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and grow PP sales into the German injection moulding market
Identify, approach, and win new converter accounts
Build and manage a customer portfolio from a base the company is expanding
Cross-sell the wider polyolefin, masterbatch, and additive range where relevant
Collaborate with internal commercial, logistics, and sourcing teams to ensure service quality

What we're looking for:

Sales experience in PP for injection molding is a must
Hunter mentality : comfortable building new business, not only managing existing accounts
Fluent German and a good level of English
Autonomy, drive, and a genuine appetite to be on the road visiting customers

Why apply:

Join one of the leading polyolefin distributors in Europe, with an established German structure to plug into
Own the development of a growth segment rather than just maintaining a mature desk
High autonomy, a home-office setup, and direct commercial impact
A stable, low-turnover employer that invests in its people for the long term

Compensation

80-120k base salary + company car + bonus.

Location:

Germany (home office). Regular travel across the country.
