Your tasks

Independent creation of payroll for a defined employee base
Completion of all administrative personnel work from entry to exit
Processing of time recording for the assigned regions
Independent support and advice to specialists and managers on personnel-relevant topics as well as cooperation with our works council
Creation of statistics and evaluations
Implementation of company agreements and collective agreements in our HR systems

What do you bring?

Several years of practical professional experience in the field of payroll, ideally further training as a personnel specialist
Enjoyment of processing personnel-relevant projects
Proficient use of MS Office programs, especially Excel
Ideally experience with SAP-Successfactors
