Role Description

The Ab Sofort / Full-time Agent role is an on-site position based in the Berlin Metropolitan Area. The Agent will manage day-to-day artist representation activities, including coordinating portfolios, scheduling meetings and shoots, and handling inquiries from clients and artists. The role includes supporting the planning and execution of productions, assisting with casting and project coordination, and maintaining clear communication between artists, clients, and internal teams. The Agent will also contribute to client service by preparing offers, tracking project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and assignments. This position requires a strong organizational mindset, a passion for visual arts and fashion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
