Starting immediately, we are looking for a Head of Market Controlling (m/f/d) tojoin our team in Linnich (NRW) on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

Delivering and ensuring strong financial governance, transparency, and performance rigor across the European commercial organization
Creating high-impact commercial analyses across pricing, margins, profitability, market investments, and scenario planning
Translating financial insights into actionable recommendations for strategic and commercial decision-making, acting as a trusted sparring partner to European Sales and business leadership
Owning and continuously enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the European commercial organization
Contributing to the development and execution of the European commercial strategy as part of the extended European Leadership Team
Leading, developing, and inspiring the team to deliver best-in-class business support

You bring these skills, experience & education

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with a strong focus on commercial controlling
FP&A experience is preferred but not essential
Proven leadership experience managing regional or multinational finance teams in a matrix organization
Strong understanding of market dynamics and commercial performance
High level of accuracy, integrity, and strong analytical skills
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
