We are looking for an entrepreneurial closer to become the driving force behind our revenue engine. At Swiftron, you won't be handed a rigid playbook. You will have the greenfield opportunity to design, build, and scale our entire B2B sales pipeline from the ground up.

You will own the full cycle: from initial research and cold outreach to navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and closing deals. Simultaneously, you will build strong relationships with IT integrators to establish a powerful partner network.

Your Impact

Full-Cycle Ownership: You manage the entire process—prospecting, cold calling, emailing, quoting, and negotiating—until the contract is signed.
Build the Engine: Freedom to choose your tools and design the sales channels. We want someone who proactively tests new approaches in a traditional B2B environment.
Direct & Partner Sales: You will close direct deals with mid-market clients while also onboarding and enabling integration partners to build business cases around our AI.
Project Translation: You understand client requirements, translate them into technical feasibility with our internal team, and present tailored solutions.

Your DNA

B2B Track Record: You bring solid experience in B2B sales (ideally IT, software, or tech) and an established network within the German Mid-Market (Mittelstand). (Degrees don't matter to us; your ability to sell does.)
High Intrinsic Drive: You don't wait for instructions. You are a self-starter who takes ownership and does whatever it takes to ensure the sale.
Solution-Oriented: You have the technical affinity to understand IT projects on a high level and communicate confidently with both business leaders and technical stakeholders.
Mobility: While not a classic field sales role, you are willing to travel to clients when it matters. Ideally, you are based within a 100km radius of Heilbronn.

What We Offer

Highly Attractive Compensation: A strong base salary combined with a highly lucrative commission structure (participation in both new sales and recurring revenue/upsells).
True Ownership: Shape the sales culture of a deep-tech startup from day one and grow alongside the company.

Briefly describe your most successful B2B deal. What was the product, who was the client, and what was your specific role in closing it? (Max 4 sentences)

You are starting with a blank slate at Swiftron. What are your first 3 steps to build our sales pipeline in week 1?
