The role supports individuals, teams, or departments by coordinating administrative activities and ensuring efficient day to day operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and format documents, research materials, and speeches.
Handle data entry and maintain document filing systems, both paper and electronic.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Relay messages from internal and external contacts.
Support smooth daily functioning of the business unit.
Work closely with administrative staff to maintain effective communication and coordination.
Manage travel bookings, expenses, meeting rooms, catering, and conference calls.
Maintain calendars and dispatch documents through mail or courier.
Send documents through DocuSign and secure required approvals.
Coordinate client events including marketing lists, invitations, and mailings.
Support additional administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience

Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to deliver work at a high quality level while meeting deadlines.
Relationship building and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
