As our Growth Manager, you run the engine behind our go-to-market: campaigns, content, CRM, automations and AI agents. You sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, programs and leadership. You keep our existing systems running smoothly and turn manual work into reliable, well-governed workflows.

This position covers a colleague’s parental leave and runs until their return, expected after 12–18 months.

Your responsibilities

Own HubSpot as the backbone of sales and marketing: pipelines, structures, dashboards and governance of data quality
Run the marketing and content calendar, and coordinate production across articles, podcast, LinkedIn and newsletter
Set up and run campaigns in HubSpot: email, segmentation, lead nurturing and landing pages
Report on pipeline, forecast and marketing performance, and turn what you learn into improvements
Support the sales team with enablement materials and ad-hoc requests

Automation & AI

Build automations and AI agents across sales, marketing and programs, using low-code/no-code platforms and custom code where needed
Evaluate tools and make tech-stack decisions
Train colleagues on new tools and document what you build

Programs & internal operations

Work with the Program Lead to make sure operations are ready before and during each program
Manage internal projects such as data migrations and company-wide time tracking
Create and deliver the roadmap for the Operations team

Your profile

Must-haves

3+ years in marketing operations, sales operations, RevOps or a similar role in a growing organisation
Experience setting up and governing a CRM (ideally HubSpot), including data structures, permissions and data quality
Hands‑on marketing experience, e.g. running campaigns, managing content and social channels, or email marketing
Hands‑on experience building automations with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n, monday.com)
Practical experience building AI agents or LLM-powered tools
Strong project management skills: you scope, plan and deliver projects end to end
Confidence explaining technical decisions to non‑technical colleagues
Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus

Nice‑to-haves

Design skills for social media and web graphics (e.g. Canva, Figma)
Experience with data migrations and GDPR‑aware data handling
Experience with time tracking and reporting tools (e.g. 7pace) and building dashboards
Background in B2B services, consulting, education or the nonprofit sector

How you work

You think in systems and like making messy processes simple
You are pragmatic: you ship a working solution first, then improve it
You build things others can maintain, not just things that work for you
You pick up existing systems quickly and take ownership from day one

Why us?

You’ll join a small team where your ideas count. We keep things human and relaxed, while working on something that genuinely matters: helping people find their place in an AI-shaped world.
