Job Summary

Compensation Package

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities

Manage a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts.
Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and cross‑selling opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an independent brokerage environment managing commercial lines accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
