Your mission

Do you want to build the demand engine of a fast-growing FinTech, with your own hands and with AI?
If you would rather build the system than manage the people who run it, this is your role.
AsDemand Generation Manager (m/f/d) , you are the builder behind our pipeline.
At Tilta, we modernize how B2B companies get paid: flexible liquidity, automated receivables management, full control over cash flow.
You build a multi-touch channel system from scratch: paid ads, organic and AI-search visibility, email, LinkedIn, direct mail and events. Every channel feeds one central, AI-qualified lead pool and turns into first meetings for our sales team.
You are the first marketing hire and report directly to our VP Sales. You own how Tilta shows up in the market: which channels we use, how we present ourselves in each, and what message reaches which audience.
And you own the result: from first touch to first meetings booked and what each channel costs us.
You don't manage this from a distance. You set it up, run it and improve it yourself

What you will do

Demand Generation & CAC: You are responsible for our demand generation. You track every channel from first touch to meeting booked.
Paid Marketing: You run our paid acquisition. You use Google Ads to capture existing demand and LinkedIn to reach finance and commercial decision-makers, and you retarget leads from our outbound activities. You build the tracking behind it yourself, so every campaign can be followed from the first click to a signed customer.
GEO & SEO: You build Tilta's organic foundation: technical SEO, content for our focus verticals, and visibility in AI assistants . You track where and how Tilta is recommended and close the gaps.
Outbound Channels: You build and run multi-touch campaigns across email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and physical direct mail.
Presence & Messaging: You define how Tilta presents itself in each channel and each focus vertical.
Events & Conferences: You select and prepare our presence at events in our focus verticals
Workflows & AI: You work with our AI-driven prospecting system and build the workflows around it. You replace manual steps with automated, AI-supported processes and check their output critically.

Your profile

Experience: You have 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B demand generation, growth or performance marketing. You have personally run Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns aimed at senior decision-makers, and you have hands-on experience with SEO or content-driven organic growth.
Analytical & Technical: You are at home in GA4, Google Tag Manager and a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, and you set up tracking yourself. You think in pipeline, revenue and CAC rather than clicks, and you always ask what a channel brings in as signed customers.
Builder Mindset: You think in workflows and processes and build them yourself, with AI tools and automation as your standard way of working. You enjoy creating channels and systems where little exists yet.
Communication: You speak and write very good German (C1) and English (C1), and you can explain complex financial topics simply and convincingly.
Mindset: Self-driven, curious and solution-oriented. You take ownership and decide quickly.

Bonus Points:

Experience in FinTech, financing or other B2B products with a trust-driven buying process
Experience with GEO (visibility in AI search), event marketing or direct mail in a B2B setting
Experience with marketing automation and data-driven lead sourcing
Understanding of GDPR and German competition law (UWG) in email, phone and direct-mail outreach
