We're a company running 7-8 figure DTC brand portfolios operating across the US, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Our growth runs through paid social - Meta and TikTok at a serious scale, which means video is at the center of everything we do. We produce a high volume of UGC-style and direct-response ad creative, and we need editors who can keep up without the output quality slipping. This isn't a passion project or a content agency. The videos we edit run as paid ads, and the numbers tell us immediately what's working and what isn't. If you're the kind of editor who gets better with every round of feedback and wants to understand why something performs, not just how it looks, this is the environment for you. We operate across multiple brands and categories, which means if needed, our editors must have the ability to switch between brand voices and audience types without losing quality or pace.

The Role

As an AI-Focused Video Editor, you'll be responsible for creating and editing AI-assisted video content primarily for paid social advertising. This includes AI-generated visuals, AI UGC -style creatives, product-focused videos, direct-response ads, and variations of existing winning concepts across Meta and TikTok. You'll work closely with Creative Strategists, Video Editors, and the wider creative team to turn concepts and briefs into platform-ready ad creatives. You'll be expected to actively use and experiment with AI video generation and editing tools to create more creative variations, improve turnaround time, and expand what can be produced from a single concept. This is a high-output and high-feedback role. Your work will be reviewed not only on visual quality but also on how effectively it supports creative testing and campaign performance.

What You'll Be Doing

AI Video Creation & Editing

Create AI-generated and AI-assisted video creatives for paid social advertising across Meta and TikTok
Generate AI visuals, scenes, product shots, characters, avatars, and UGC -style content based on creative briefs and campaign requirements
Transform creative concepts and scripts into AI-generated video assets while maintaining consistency with the intended brand, audience, and offer
Combine AI-generated footage with traditional editing techniques to create polished, high-performing advertisements
Edit AI-generated and traditional footage into UGC -style, direct-response, and product-focused video ads
Create multiple versions of the same concept efficiently, including hook variations, visual variations, CTAs, and different creative angles
Produce fast-paced edits with strong visual changes, pacing, captions, text overlays, sound design, music, and motion graphics where needed
Ensure AI-generated content feels natural, engaging, and platform-native rather than obviously artificial or repetitive
Continuously experiment with new AI video tools and workflows that can improve creative quality, speed, and production capacity

Creative Testing & Iteration

Work from creative briefs, scripts, winning ad references, and performance insights provided by Creative Strategists
Translate creative concepts into multiple AI-generated visual approaches for testing
Produce variations of winning concepts without simply duplicating existing ads
Apply feedback quickly and accurately to improve creative output
Repurpose high-performing concepts into new formats, angles, audiences, or visual styles
Identify opportunities where AI can help produce stronger or more scalable creative variations
Understand the relationship between editing, visual storytelling, hook structure, attention retention, and ad performance

Workflow & Collaboration

Receive and interpret creative briefs, asking relevant questions upfront when clarification is needed
Work closely with Creative Strategists and other members of the creative team to ensure visuals align with the intended concept and marketing angle
Submit first cuts and AI-generated assets within agreed timelines
Respond quickly and accurately to revision notes
Keep project files, prompts, source materials, generated assets, and exports organized according to team SOPs
Stay updated on emerging AI video tools, trends, and capabilities and share useful discoveries with the team
Support high-volume creative production across multiple brands and markets

What We're Looking For

Proven experience creating or editing short-form video ads for paid social, UGC , DTC, direct-response, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with AI video generation and creative tools
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and AI-generated or AI-assisted work
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar professional video editing tools
Strong understanding of hook s, pacing, attention retention, CTA placement, and Meta/TikTok video formats
Ability to turn creative briefs and scripts into engaging, high-performing video ads
Experience creating multiple creative variations efficiently for testing
