Overview

In this role you will service and support customers in Frankfurt, focusing on UPS and 48V battery systems. You will perform maintenance, commissioning, testing, and on-site troubleshooting while ensuring timely completion and compliance with policy. You will be part of a regional service team, providing emergency standby and hands-on technical support. This is a practical, field-based position that shapes reliable electrical infrastructure for customers.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Maintenance and commissioning of UPS / 48V systems and battery systems at customer sites
Testing system parameters; mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of malfunctions
Documentation and timely realization of assignments
Usage of all necessary tools within VERTIV policies
Emergency standby within the region

Zentrale Anforderungen

Vocational training as an electrician in electrical engineering or industrial engineering
Practical experience with battery systems
Willingness to travel within the supervised region, possibly overnight
Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
Driver's license category B
