Help identify exceptional founders, emerging technologies and investment opportunities that shape the future.

As our Investment Manager – Early Stage Ventures, you'll help identify, evaluate and support investments in startups, venture funds and emerging technologies that shape the future of industries. Beyond identifying new opportunities, you'll work closely with our existing portfolio companies and ecosystem partners to help create long‑term strategic value across the Viessmann Generations Group.

From evaluating breakthrough AI companies to supporting industrial portfolio transformation and connecting founders, investors and operating businesses, you'll combine analytical rigor with sound investment judgement to help shape our future portfolio.

VIESSMANN GENERATIONS GROUP

As a globally active, independent family business in its fourth generation, we have been shaping living spheres for generations to come since 1917. Under the leadership of Max Viessmann, we pursue our mission with a long‑term perspective and entrepreneurial spirit.

The Viessmann Way supports how we work, lead, and create value together - whether as a team member, entrepreneur or partner in our ecosystem. It is not a rulebook, but a compass: a living set of principles shaped by over a century of entrepreneurship and guided by our long‑term purpose.

We’re looking for someone who brings an outside‑in perspective—someone who is naturally curious, connects seemingly unrelated trends and identifies opportunities others may overlook. Success in this role requires more than strong analysis; it requires independent thinking, sound judgement and the ability to develop conviction in emerging technologies, founders and markets before they become obvious.
