Job Purpose

The Sales Manager takes independent ownership of specific, ongoing projects within the Client Capital DACH team, driving capital-raising activities across targeted regions and product strategies, including club deals, asset management solutions and debt strategies. Over time, the role will evolve into full responsibility for designated client segments, product areas or geographic regions, offering a clear pathway to a senior sales position within a growing, entrepreneurial team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include…

Taking full ownership of sales projects and driving them independently from initiation through to completion, including club deals, asset management strategies, and debt placements
Leading investor outreach activities, including organising meetings and managing roadshows, exhibitions, and webinars
Managing the full follow-up process for meetings and events, ensuring proper documentation and coordination of next steps
Identifying and developing new institutional client opportunities across the DACH region through independent research and market analysis
Maintaining the institutional pipeline using Salesforce/Navatar and providing structured reporting to senior management
Collaborating with international funds and Investor Relations teams, ensuring the quality and completeness of investor materials while adhering to Risk & Compliance requirements
Applying strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced business environment

What We Are Looking For…

University degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate (Master’s degree preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree combined with relevant professional qualifications)
Several years of professional experience in institutional sales, capital markets, asset management or the real estate industry
Strong understanding of, and genuine interest in, private markets, including real estate, private credit and alternative investments
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with senior executives, clients and colleagues at all levels
A proactive, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Business-fluent German and English, advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and a willingness to work in an international, dynamic environment and travel as required
