Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsible for channel development and maintenance in the German market (tobacco shops, supermarkets/hypermarkets, e-commerce, MD, etc.), establishing and maintaining long-term stable partnerships, and achieving sales targets;
Analyze market dynamics in Germany and the German-speaking region, develop localized sales plans and strategies, and drive growth in channel coverage and sales revenue;
Work collaboratively with the team, with a focus on advancing the German market while supporting business development in other European markets;
Follow up on the needs of channel partners, coordinate internal resources, provide solutions, and improve product sales performance;
Monitor the channel sales process, collect competitor information, identify market opportunities, and provide timely feedback on customer needs and industry changes.
Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent sales experience;
3+ years of channel sales experience in the e-cigarette/tobacco/FMCG industry; familiar with the German market; candidates with resources in supermarket/hypermarket, tobacco, e-commerce, and MD channels are preferred;
Familiar with the sales process, with negotiation, relationship-building, and business development capabilities, and verifiable sales performance;
Proficiency in German, with fluent English communication and writing skills;
Familiarity with relevant German laws and regulations (especially tobacco/e-cigarette regulations) is preferred;
Strong teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
