2026 Graduate Trainee - Channel Sales (m/w/d; Full-time)

This role is a 2026 Graduate Trainee position and is intended for candidates who will graduate in 2026 and who do not have substantial full-time professional experience (over 12 months). Other applicants may wish to view our current openings on LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customers, competitors, and channel landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive short- and long-term revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 distributors while expanding and optimizing the channel network.
• Identify and onboard Tier-2 distributors; monitor performance to maximize regional coverage and efficiency.
• Set and track sales targets (annual & quarterly) and manage distributor performance through KPIs and regular reviews.
• Monitor sales performance and forecasts; support partners in inventory management, pricing, and commercial policies (rebates, payment terms, incentives).
• Deliver product and commercial training to partners to strengthen sales capability.
• Plan and execute joint marketing activities (e.g., roadshows, workshops) with distributors and the marketing team.
• Ensure effective contract management, order fulfillment, and timely collection of receivables.
• Implement and optimize local sales processes, tools, and channel policies.
