Job Description

The DICT Center – Europe Region is seeking a Pricing & Sourcing Specialist (m/f/x) based in the Frankfurt am Main metropolitan area. This role plays a critical part in supporting sales activities through competitive pricing, supplier sourcing, and commercial analysis to ensure deliverable, cost-effective, and margin-positive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide close pricing support to sales teams, liaising with vendors and partners to secure competitive pricing and optimal solutions under tight timelines

Prepare quotations for sales managers and support order placement, including sourcing and coordination with provisioning teams

Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers; maintain vendor profiles to support commercial sourcing decisions

Manage vendors to ensure market competitiveness and availability of off-net resources for business requirements

Coordinate with local offices to review commercial terms, supplier agreements, and price books

Conduct margin analysis and prepare pricing documentation and reports

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in the ICT or telecommunications industry; experience in local or global telecom markets preferred

Strong understanding of telecommunications pricing models

Solid knowledge of telecom product costing and margin management

Self-motivated team player, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German, and Mandarin
