Do you have experience leading technical teams and want to do more than just manage the daily operations of a large E-Bike workshop? Would you like to help structurally improve and further develop workshop processes?

For our client, a fast-growing international scale-up in the field of sustainable e-mobility, we are looking for a strong leader for the Düsseldorf location. The company is building one of Europe's leading platforms for refurbished E-Bikes, combining technical quality, sustainability and fair pricing.

As Head of E-Bike Mechanics, you will be responsible for a large team of around 30–40 employees in the E-Bike mechanics department. Your focus will be on leadership, motivation, process optimization and the continuous improvement of the repair process.

In this position, you will be responsible for the E-Bike mechanics team and the further development of workshop processes. You will ensure that workflows become clearer, more efficient and more scalable, while enabling the team to perform well in their day-to-day work.

This role is not about constantly operating in “firefighting mode”. Quite the opposite: your goal is to move away from exactly that. You will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable solutions together with the team. You will work closely with the Operations Managers and other operational stakeholders.
