Our innovative platform combines AI-driven multi‑channel attacks with gamified, real‑time learning to build resilience where it matters most: the people.The Acceler8 Program is our intensive 6‑month launchpad designed to turn ambitious talents into high-performing SaaS Sales professionals with a fast track to a full‑time position as a SaaS Account Executive. From day one, you won't just shadow, you will actively build pipeline and drive revenue.

Through structured knowledge sessions led by our leadership team and hands‑on client exposure, you’ll progress through following distinct phases:

Month 1–2 (Foundation & Prospecting)

• Get to know revel8 inside out and master the demo
• Shadow customer calls and build your initial meeting pipeline alongside your Acceler8 cohort
• Become an independent growth motor by leading your own outreach
• Dive deep into platform discovery & qualification

Month 3–5 (Pipe Gen & Progressing)

• Generate pipeline independently and actively drive deal progression
• Take ownership of customer interactions
• Deepen your discovery & qualification skills
• Navigate your first complex deal dynamics (e.g., workers council, compliance)

Month 6 (Negotiating & Closing)

• Master SaaS pricing, licensing structures and deal strategies
• Understand and manage procurement & legal workflows
• Close deals independently and drive ARR

How your day-to-day will look like:

• Drive Pipeline & Outreach: Actively identify high‑potential B2B leads and engage target clients through innovative multi‑channel outreach strategies.
• Master the Sales Cycle: Evolve from qualifying leads to leading deep‑dive product demos, navigating legal/procurement steps, and closing deals.
• Shape Our Sales Playbook: Test new sales tactics, give direct feedback to our product team, and help refine our internal growth processes.
• Represent revel8: Act as a brand ambassador during webinars, client calls, and industry events.
