Your success will be measured through growth metrics, primarily focused on product adoption, while also ensuring we’re capturing critical product feedback at scale to inform product roadmap What you’ll do: Engage a high-volume of accounts by leveraging product-usage data, lifecycle triggers,and predictive scoring models
- engaging where we can drive the most value (Initial deposit, credit, treasury, subscription, etc.) Consistently exceed monthly expansion goals by building and maintaining a robust pipeline and timely follow-up with customers.
Quick to learn and become knowledgeable on our product
- comfortable speaking to our product at depth and in breadth across our suite of products.
Champion the Voice of the Customer, channeling feedback to Product and cross-functional teams to influence roadmap and strategy.
Operate at high-volume, managing a large range of customers at any given time across email, phone and scheduled zoom calls with a focus on attaching customers to new products.
Master our internal tools and processes to maximize efficiency, as well as use your insights to inform future practice and organization growth.
Who you are: 2
- 4 years in a quota-carrying Growth Sales, Account Management, or Customer Expansion role (FinTech a plus).
Compelling communicator
- able to translate complex concepts into crisp value propositions for founders, finance teams, and operators.
Proven track record of exceeding upsell targets through data-driven prioritization in a high-velocity environment.
