Account Director (all genders)

Your role

FRASER is an independent, owner-led creative agency with teams across Berlin, Zurich, Cape Town and Dubai. We work across the full funnel — from creative strategy and brand to campaigns, content and performance marketing. We bring senior creative talent and different perspectives together to create work that delivers real results for ambitious brands.

Your role

• Lead client relationships across key FRASER accounts, acting as a trusted strategic and commercial partner.
• Own projects and campaigns from initial brief through strategy, creative development, production and delivery.
• Translate client needs and business objectives into clear briefs and actionable direction for internal teams.
• Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Social, Production and Performance teams to develop integrated work across channels.
• Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and commercially sound.
• Lead client presentations, status meetings and project kick-offs with confidence and clarity.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their business, challenges, audiences and ambitions beyond the immediate brief.
• Anticipate challenges, identify opportunities and proactively bring solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Help ensure the quality and ambition of FRASER's work remains high throughout the client and creative process.
• Contribute to pitches, new business opportunities and the growth of existing client relationships.
• Support and mentor more junior account team members, helping to establish strong ways of working across the agency.

Your profile

• 7+ years of experience in account management / client services , ideally within a creative, advertising or integrated agency.
• Deep understanding of how creativeagenciesandadvertisingwork , from briefing and strategy through creative development, production and delivery.
• Proven experience managing significant client relationships and complex integrated projects.
• Strong understanding of creative processes and the ability to work confidently with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Producers.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, scopes and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge clients and internal teams when needed.
• Commercially minded and able to identify opportunities for account growth and new business.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment.
• Fluent German andexcellentEnglish are essential.
• Based in Berlin and comfortable working closely with the team in the office.
• International agency experience is a plus.
