Job Description

The Account Executive role is responsible for identifying, prospecting and enrolling new automotive workshops into our network. It requires a proactive business‑development mindset, focus on increasing points of sale, leveraging market data and promoting benefit packages to potential partners.

Responsibilities

Planning

• Select and analyse prospects for planning and eligibility.
• Asses credit risks of new workshops and share the findings with parts distributors.
• Generate a list of target outlets.
• Perform personal performance analysis and improvement.

Connect

• Initiate contact through calls, emails and visits.
• Present the network’s benefits and advantages.
• Follow up with prospects and track progress.

Enroll

• Manage contract and legal documentation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding.
• Coordinate with the Business Success Specialist for seamless onboarding.
• Ensure adherence to corporate identity standards.

Closing & Handover

• Conduct experience surveys to gather feedback and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably automotive sector).
• Strong analytical skills for prospect selection and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks and legal documentation.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and independent with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong digital skills and comfort with new technologies.
• Ability to engage and influence others.
• Fluent in German and C‑level English.
