Responsibilities
- Maintain an in‑depth understanding of clients’ businesses and forge partnerships internally and externally.
- Assist with day‑to‑day management of a brand consulting client and their sports and entertainment sponsorship portfolio focused on NFL, Clubs and Venues.
- Ensure clients receive superior service, thinking and communication from Allied Sports and keep strategy, insights, planning, programs, tactics, executions, budgets, schedules and documentation on track.
- Ideate, develop and implement sponsorship initiatives, including customized programs/events/promotions that build client brand and drive business growth.
- Create and implement materials to support sponsorship initiatives, such as marketing activation presentations.
- Manage the client‑property approvals process on behalf of the client.
- Support sponsorship tactical implementation and coordination at events, including on‑site presence, event implementation, hospitality management, premium management, and client relationship management.
- Manage the sponsorship measurement and recap process in conjunction with all programs.
- Produce implementation and tracking materials to support programs and initiatives.
- Manage client‑vendor relationships and coordinate activation deliverables on behalf of the client.
- Support program and event related budgets.
Qualifications
- Client‑based account management experience preferred; exposure to partnership marketing, event marketing, creative services, public relations or media is a plus.
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently and with a larger team.
- Strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Travel capacity of approximately 20% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Benefits
Base salary range (New York, NY): $66,300 annually. Hybrid schedule: Office in New York, NY with 3 days in‑office (Tuesday‑Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday & Friday) weekly. Benefits include vision, medical, dental, commuter benefits, and more.
Base salary reflects the range that Allied Sports might pay for this role, depending on market dynamics, location, experience, and level of responsibility.
