Account Executive – Digital Sales Team DACH

Responsibilities

• Own your revenue target and consistently deliver – and exceed – quota
• Build and convert pipeline through a combination of inbound excellence and proactive outbound execution
• Lead deals end-to-end: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
• Drive deal velocity through clear next steps, strong stakeholder management, and disciplined execution
• Maintain a clean, structured pipeline in HubSpot with full ownership of forecasting accuracy
• Apply rigorous qualification and pipeline management standards
• Leverage AI tools to optimize outreach, conversion, and overall sales efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Business Development, Presales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize win rates
• Operate with speed, focus, and a clear bias for action in a high‑performance environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS closing roles with a strong new business focus
• Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing short to mid‑length sales cycles in high‑velocity environments
• Ability to manage multiple deals in parallel with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, conversion metrics, and forecasting
• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and AI‑driven sales tools (mandatory)
• Clear, structured communication and strong negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English
