Account Executive

As a key player in Visa’s Large Banking Groups, you will cultivate and expand relationships within Germany’s prominent banking ecosystem. You’ll identify growth opportunities and drive strategic initiatives that boost card penetration and accelerate digital transformation. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders across central, regional, and partner organizations to introduce innovative payment solutions. You’ll lead cross‑functional efforts with Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Services to enable client success and sustainable growth. This role offers a meaningful impact at scale in a dynamic payments landscape.

• Manage strategic relationships across a complex banking ecosystem with strong engagement and adoption of Visa products/services
• Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across central, regional, and partner organizations
• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across Visa and client organizations to achieve shared objectives
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Services to support client success and accelerate growth

• Experience managing multiple client relationships in financial services or payments
• Strong understanding of the German banking sector ecosystem (highly desirable)
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions across organizations
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders
• Commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Fluent in German and English
• Masters degree or equivalent qualification
