• Define and execute a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for a complex global account with the Co-Account Executive
• Balance short-term delivery with a long-term strategic roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level decision-makers
• Evangelize AI-powered solutions, including Customer 360 and Agentforce, through strategic, value-based selling and compelling Points of View
• Lead a large virtual team of Specialist AEs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global System Integrators
• Align internal teams and external partners around one unified Salesforce vision and a seamless customer experience
• Translate industry trends into business cases, ROI analyses, and strategic workshops
• Empower the customer to achieve global business objectives
• Navigate complex annual quota planning
• Deliver accurate forecasts
• Consistently achieve revenue goals

Требования:

• Fluent German and English
• Executive presence and confidence in C-level discussions
• Ability to adapt communication style for senior decision-makers
• Ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate virtual teams and external partners without formal disciplinary authority
• Experience selling complex, multinational enterprise software solutions, or experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation within a global sports, lifestyle, or retail brand
• Experience navigating global buying groups
• Strong affinity with the retail, apparel, consumer goods, sports, or lifestyle industry
• Ability to design C-level transformation roadmaps and translate strategic vision into commercial success
• Experience driving Customer Experience or digital transformation projects
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Resilience and strong execution skills
