Account Executive – Acquisition Team

Amazon Ads is seeking an Account Executive to join our Acquisition team within our Large Customer Sales organization. This opportunity will support our rapidly growing Streaming TV and Video business and will focus on activating and growing net-new Advertisers. As an Account Executive working within a business development team, you will use your experience selling TV/Video and digital advertising solutions to advertisers and their Ad Agencies to successfully grow and scale advertising revenues. You will employ a consultative approach and have a deep understanding of the TV and digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate advertising revenue via Ad agencies and advertisers directly through objective-led selling across video solutions and other brand-building advertising solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, aligning them with our value-adding solutions.
  • Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue with a focus on new revenue streams.
  • Establish credible relationships with agencies and advertiser decision makers, particularly in the TV and digital landscape.
  • Map account strategies, aligning resources and uncovering which of our digital, audio, video and device products best serve an advertiser’s needs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building client and agency relationships.
  • Experience in Media Buying or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Products and Strategies).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adept at dealing with ambiguity with strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Relationships within the media industry across publishers, clients, and agencies.
