About the Opportunity

The Mid-Market Account Executives sell the entire Salesforce platform into a set of named accounts. They act as the “General Manager” – mapping account strategies, aligning resources, and acting as the extension of their customers, in partnership with product and technical specialists. The AE works closely with current and prospective customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals, collaborating on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise solutions that help them reach business goals and break new ground within their organisations.

Responsibilities

• Map account strategies and manage account resources.
• Act as the trusted digital advisor for current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to drive solutions that meet business goals.
• Serve as the “General Manager” for named accounts, leading cross‑functional teams.
