- Feed product and marketing the signal needed to keep widening the lead

Requirements
- 2+ years AE experience in B2B SaaS
- High‑velocity / SMB / transactional sales background, you know how to close in days, not quarters
- Track record of overachievement at companies known for sales excellence
- High agency, curiosity, hunger, entrepreneurial drive, and the work ethic to match (this is a 60–70h, fun‑but‑intense culture)
- Demonstrable level of excellence somewhere, academia, sports, a craft, a hobby
- Base‑level fluency with AI tools and genuine appetite to go deeper
- Cultural fit with creative, non‑corporate buyer personas: pushy reps don't land here
- Fluency in English (NO German required)
- On‑site in Berlin (premium PLB office, relocation package available)
