Account Executive - Portfolio

In this role you will lead Vodafone Germany and grow the Vodafone Romania market as part of Cisco’s Global Account Team. You’ll drive expansion across a broad portfolio, including IP Transport, mobility, enterprise IT, collaboration, AI, observability, and automation, leveraging a global team and Sales Engineers for strategic support. You will report to the Director of Vodafone Europe and Group and act as a driver of double-digit growth in a highly international setting. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial sales position with significant independence and cross-market collaboration.

• Own Vodafone Germany and Romania as strategic accounts and drive growth.
• Expand the Infrastructure Provisioning (IP) transport franchise and broader Cisco solutions portfolio.
• Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with SEs and the global team.
• Build deep relationships with Cisco champions and key stakeholders at Vodafone Germany.
• Navigate complex global account dynamics, including political contexts and multi-market coordination.
• Travel as needed to manage and advance opportunities.
• Report to the Director of Vodafone Europe and Group and operate with autonomy while aligning with Cisco processes.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Manager with large, complex accounts
• Understanding of the Service Provider (SP) market and its dynamics
• Proven success selling Cisco IP Transport portfolio and other Cisco solutions
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel
• Familiarity with Cisco's sales processes
