Account Executive / Regional Sales Manager – B2B Software (m/w/d)

THE ROLE

This is a hunter's role. Around 90% of your work is winning new mid-market and enterprise customers, supported by pre-qualified leads, telesales and presales colleagues. You own the full cycle, from first call to signed contract, including pricing, bids and negotiation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Acquire new customers through cold outreach, telephone and in-person meetings
• Run software demos and pitches for C-level decision-makers
• Lead the full sales cycle, including bids, pricing and contract negotiation, with full quota ownership
• Represent the company at trade fairs, webinars and customer presentations
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years of B2B sales of complex software or SaaS, with end-to-end ownership from prospecting to close
• A true hunter mentality: you enjoy cold calling and opening new doors
• A stable career history with clear, measurable results
• Native or C2-level German
• Willingness to work on site and travel regularly within Germany
• An electrical engineering background is a plus, not a requirement
