From Munich to Frankfurt: we are hiring our first Account Executive to shape our next growth chapter. Reporting directly to the Country Manager Germany, you will contribute to the go‑to‑market strategy, bring new high‑potential leads, and help position us as a key player in the local market.
Primary Responsibilities
- Search for new business opportunities by proactively leveraging your professional network, including trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Develop high‑impact prospecting strategies through LinkedIn and position yourself as a trusted industry expert within the German market.
- Identify, engage, and qualify high‑potential opportunities generated through outbound initiatives and inbound leads in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, including:
- Deeply understanding the needs of potential clients in Germany and obtaining qualified appointments (physically or remotely).
- Presenting our solutions and convincing prospects of our added value.
- Quoting commercial offers, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Rigorously use our CRM Salesforce and our marketing automation tool Outreach.
- Suggest new sales techniques and optimize our lead qualification strategy and processes.
- Support the development of the German sales structure by sharing best practices and mentoring new team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in full‑cycle sales in the German market, preferably in a SaaS environment or a subscription model company.
- Knowledge of the HR domain is appreciated.
- Excellent communication skills in writing and orally, to communicate internally and represent the company in the country.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, recovering quickly from setbacks and viewing them as opportunities to progress.
- Team spirit and intellectual curiosity, with a positive attitude toward working in an international team.
- Native German & fluent in English.
