We are looking for an Account Manager to support our mission in Germany.

Working within one of the fastest growing areas of Amazon, you will play a leading role in establishing and nurturing the meaningful relationships with our Amazon partners across different business segments in Germany.

Key job responsibilities

You will be working in a cross-functional role where you represent the face to our partner and own the end-to-end relationship after on-boarding where the main tasks will be:

• Communication with partners to manage and resolve challenges and grow the relationship and network over time
• Administration and renewal of contracts, terms and conditions
• Generation and implementation of partner specific expansion plans within DE, AT and NL to grow our HUB network
• Active monitoring and reporting of partner/location performance and deriving pro-active follow-up actions
• Identifying incremental business opportunities within the PARP space to drive customer experience improvements and cost reductions
• Engaging with multiple external and internal stakeholders from Tech, Accounting, Marketing, Business planning, Legal and Product Management to ensure the best possible customer experience throughout the complete project life-cycle
• Collection of partner and customer feedback to constantly improve our service offerings as well as our internal and external processes

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluent C1 English
• Graduated within the last 24 months or currently studying and graduating before start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above
