Position: Account Manager BeNeLux (F/M/Ind.)

We are looking for an Account Manager to own the entire B2B sales cycle for our SaaS product in the BeNeLux region. You will be our first client‑facing colleague for the region, supported by our German sales team. You’ll showcase how our AI‑powered platform helps teams find internal information faster and work more productively.

Key Responsibilities

  • You own the full B2B sales cycle in BeNeLux – discovery, tailored demos, negotiation and closing.
  • You build a sustainable pipeline via inbound lead follow‑up and creative outbound activities (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, webinars).
  • You qualify and progress opportunities using structured discovery, clear success criteria and momentum toward decision.
  • You work data‑driven in HubSpot, keeping the pipeline clean, forecasting accurately based on real customer data and prioritising accordingly.
  • You analyse and adapt how amber’s AI platform delivers measurable efficiency gains and better decision‑making for potential customers.
  • You navigate multi‑stakeholder buying centres (IT, Security, Operations) and demonstrate how amberSearch, amberAI and amberAgents simplify operations.
  • You collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to bring in regional market insights and drive long‑term relationships and expansion across BeNeLux.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling complex, consultative software solutions and understanding the dynamics of B2B SaaS.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and present tailored digital solutions clearly and convincingly.
  • Experience negotiating contracts with SMBs and mid‑market accounts, confidently driving deals to closing.
  • Deep knowledge of lead qualification, discovery calls and business development processes from A to Z.
  • Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders; fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of German a plus.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) and applying a data‑driven, scalable approach.
  • Ambitious, team‑orientated mindset – we value ambition over ego.
  • Ready to work independently in the BeNeLux region, run outbound, close full‑cycle deals and represent the company at fairs and webinars.

Location

Compensation

€65,000 – €85,000 per annum.
