Account Manager / Brand Consultant

That’s why we’re looking for a passionate Account Manager with brand management and strategy skills, who not only understands brands but takes them to the next level – someone who inspires clients with enthusiasm for branding and strategic thinking.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consulting:You advise and inspire our clients with strategic insight, creativity, and a passion for branding.You identify potential and develop tailor‑made brand concepts.
• Project management & Presentations:Create detailed briefings, project timelines, and cost estimations.Create and deliver impactful presentations.
• Communication Hub:You know how to act as a interface between external service providers, internal teams, and partner agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Project Oversight:Manage brand-related projects from briefing to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Cross‑functional Collaboration:Act as a connector between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Experience:Minimum of two years of professional experience in an agency or corporate setting, ideally with a focus on branding or design.
• Language:Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Organizational Skills:Experienced in planning budgets, managing timelines, and overseeing project delivery.
• Brand Passion:A deep interest in design, branding, and digital communication – with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
• Digital Mindset:Familiarity with digital ecosystems, channels, and touchpoints, including social media and UI/UX collaboration.
• Tools & Organization:Confident use of Office 365, JIRA, and presentation tools; experience with brand systems like Frontify is a plus.
• Client-Centric Attitude:You enjoy working closely with clients and building long-term relationships based on trust, creativity, and impact.
