If so, you may be the Account Manager Existing Business we are looking for.

What Will You Be Doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers in the German market. Your focus will be on strengthening customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring customers continue to receive maximum value from their partnership with Protime and SD Worx.

Customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships are at the heart of our success , and your role will be crucial in maintaining and expanding both.

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers across Germany.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and translating customer needs into suitable solutions.
• Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' business challenges and objectives.
• Collaborating closely with Customer Care, Consultancy, Marketing and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Supporting contract renewals, commercial discussions and account development plans.
• Maintaining accurate customer information and opportunities within Salesforce.
• Contributing to customer retention, satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

• You are commercially minded and able to recognize opportunities within existing customer relationships.
• You work proactively, independently and take ownership of your results.
• You are comfortable navigating conversations with different stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have several years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, sales or a comparable commercial role.
• Experience within SaaS, HR technology or software solutions is highly preferred.
• You are fluent in German and English .

What You Can Expect From Us

Base salary between €3400 and €4300 gross a month, depending on experience + Annual variable bonus
