Account Manager - GermanyJob detailsDepartments / SalesGermanyFull-time## **Description**Reporting to the European Sales Director (based in Germany), the Sales Representative will own Onera's commercial mandate across Germany. As a single-rep, full-country role, this professional will be responsible for growing Onera's commercial presence — across sleep clinics, hospitals, sleep specialists, pulmonologists, neurologists, and other healthcare stakeholders. Germany is one of Onera's highest-priority European markets, and this role will own end-to-end commercial execution across the country.Operating as part of Onera's European commercial team, the Sales Representative will combine the entrepreneurial instinct of a scale-up sales builder with the clinical credibility required to engage sleep medicine specialists and health system decision-makers. Close cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, customer success, and clinical teams will be essential to executing the German go-to-market plan and contributing market intelligence back to the European leadership team.### **About Onera Health**Onera Health is a leader in transforming sleep medicine and remote monitoring. Our breakthrough diagnostic solutions and services are poised to help millions of people struggling with sleep-related ailments, while also impacting other medical fields by monitoring a variety of chronic conditions, ultimately improving the health and quality of life for patients around the world.The company's innovative solutions provide comprehensive sleep test data to physicians in a variety of clinical and non-clinical environments to optimize patient care and reduce healthcare costs.**Key Responsibilities*** Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across Germany* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market* Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives* Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team**Requirements*** Educational background in Business or Marketing, or alternatively in Engineering (e.g. Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Biomedical Engineering), Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related field.* Knowledge of the sleep market is considered an advantage, but is not a mandatory requirement.* Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry.* Fluent in both German and English. Full professional proficiency in both languages is a key requirement.* Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 60% travel, 40% home office).* Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.* Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities* Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems.* Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.* Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
