Account Manager / Partner Success Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop account strategies for partners and implement them to achieve shared business goals and promote Umsatzwachstum at hepster.
  • Partnerbetreuung: Maintain long‑term relationships with B2B partners and key decision‑makers, and strategically advance existing partnerships.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as product development, marketing, claims management, and customer support to realize best solutions for partners.
  • Integration & Prozesse: Oversee internal and partner‑side processes, assisting to integrate our products optimally into partners' systems and business models.
  • Performance & Reporting: Generate sales forecasts, track progress against targets, and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Vertragsmanagement: Ensure contractual agreements are upheld, and support issue resolution during collaboration.
  • Business Development: Analyze industry, market and business trends, identify cross‑ and upselling opportunities, and further develop partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Years of experience in (Key) Account Management preferably in B2B.
  • Knowledge of insurance services, other financial services or SaaS business models.
  • Experience in project or process management, business case analysis or business development.
  • Customer‑oriented, structured and strategic, always thinking a step ahead.
  • Proactive communication, professional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Team collaboration, while capable of independent work progress.
  • Analytical thinking, problem‑solving competence and high level of personal responsibility.
  • Fluent German and English.
