Role overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to drive sales and manage relationships within our strategic customer segment. This role requires understanding of test and measurement products, particularly in RF, mmWave, Design & Test fundamentals, Wireless Technologies including 5G, Satellite communications.

Good understanding of RF and mmWave fundamentals related to active and passive device characterization and experience or understanding of Transceiver/RFIC, Module, RFFE, Antenna conducted and radiated testing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at strategic enterprise accounts.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution, ensuring a smooth and successful process.
• Funnel development, forecasting and contribution to global account strategy.
• Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions that address their unique challenges in test and measurement.
• Leverage expertise in Wireless and RF testing to effectively present and position our products and solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product management, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in test and measurement.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Experience: 1-3 years in technical roles.
• Knowledge of test and measurement products and solutions, mainly on RF, microwave, wireless communication and related digital and high‑speed digital technologies products.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated problem solver and agile learner.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
