Your Role

As part of a dynamic and growing organization, you will play a key role in expanding the company's presence across the Swiss market and developing relationships with leading financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across Switzerland.
  • Manage, qualify, and nurture leads and prospective clients.
  • Proactively generate new sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
  • Organize and conduct client meetings, presentations, and software demonstrations.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate closely with management and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
  • Contribute to the company's commercial growth through a consultative and customer‑centric sales approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles.
  • Strong interest in technology, software solutions, fintech, RegTech, or financial services.
  • Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a designated sales territory.
  • Native or professional proficiency in both German and Swiss German (Schweizerdeutsch) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Italian would be considered a strong advantage.
